This will involve a Dressage Test, a Show Jump round, and a Cross- Country round (Dressage will be on the grass, show jumping will be on a surface, the cross country phase will be on a surface). Dressage tests can be called.

Day and Over night stabling and accommodation is available

Day stables are £20 and are available from 9am-4pm

Overnight stables for 1 night are £35 are available from 4pm until 4pm the following day. For 2 nights they are £60 and are available from 4pm on the Friday until 4 pm on the Sunday.

NO BEDDING IS PROVIDED IN THE STABLES

Single and Double human accommodation is available. Overnight lorry parking is FOC with a stable.

If notification of withdrawal is given more than 14 days in advance of event date a refund will be issued, minus a £10 admin fee (per entry). If notification of withdrawal is given less than 14 days but more than 96 hours in advance of event date a transfer or refund can be offered only when your space can be filled from the waitlist, minus a £10 admin fee. Withdrawals made less than 96 hours before the event, for whatever reason, are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled we will refund the amount you paid .
We will run under British Riding Club rules for Horse Trials.

Riders must wear hacking jacket/show jacket and light coloured breeches for the Dressage and Show Jumping. Cross Country colours can be worn for the Cross Country phase.

All Riders must wear ‘Protective Headwear’ i.e. a hat which meets one of the following standards:

British – All PAS 015, VG1 - provided they are BSI Kitemarked

European – VG1 - provided they are BSI Kitemarked

American –All SEI ASTM F1163 04a onwards and SNELL E2001

Australian & New Zealand – AS/NZS 3838 2003 onwards.

Harnesses must be correctly fastened at all times whilst mounted.

For the Cross Country phase, only a “Jockey Skull” may be worn, this must have no peak. A jockey skull typically has no peak or noticeable protuberances above the eyes (or to the front), and has an even, elliptical or rounded shape with a smooth or slightly abrasive surface. They are usually worn with a removable hat cover containing the peak.

Body protectors are compulsory for the cross country phase- these must be A BETA Level 3 displaying a 2018 Label.

Riders must have their own number bibs

Dressage tests can be called.

A horse and rider combination can only enter 1 class over the weekend.
Dressage and Show Jumping- light coloured jods/breeches,shirt and tie/stock and show/hacking jacket

Cross country- light coloured jods/breeches,shirt and tie/stock and show/hacking jacket cross county colours.

Body protectors are compulsory for the cross country phase with or without an air jacket.- A BETA Level 3 displaying a Blue 2018 Label. Hats must not have a fixed peak for the XC phase
