All riders must bring an adult with them. No one can use our facilities without a helper.

*Parking - please park on the hard standing on your right as you arrive

*"We strongly recommend Body protectors to be worn"

* Hats must be of current standard - NO FIXED PEAKS

* No Dogs

* All horses much up upto date Flu Vaccinations

This £12.5 payment is non refundable if you can not make you allocated time slot.
We have put in place a number of strict conditions of use. These are in place for a number of reasons but primarily to safeguard all those on site. We can only open, however, if each and every person coming to our site adheres closely to our conditions of use. These are not for interpretationthey are in place to safeguard each and every user, but also those who live on site.

These rules will apply to everyone:-

You must bring a family member or assistant to be on foot in the case of emergencies. No one must come on their own. Lincomb Equestrian WILL NOT be in a position to support any riders who do not bring a ‘helper’.

We will not accept anyone ‘just turning up’.

*Parking - please park on the grass field on your right. To access the main grass cross country course ride passed the arenas and follow the sign.

No person is to go to any other part of the site other than the lorry park and the mini grass XC

Access to Facilities

You will be given an allotted time for your session.

Please do not enter the mini cross country course before your allotted time.

Horse Vaccinations

We require all horses who attend Lincomb Equestrian have up to date Flu Vaccinations, we are only asking you have yearly boosters, not 6 monthly vaccinations. We will accept horses who have just started their vaccinations providing they have had their 2nd injection 7 days before attending Lincomb

Welfare Facilities

Please ensure that you bring with you an adequate supply of water for your horse with you.

Lincomb Equestrian reserve the right to refuse access to site at any time. They will adhere to current Government guidelines which can at any time change - requiring the site to close at short notice
This £25 payment is non refundable if you can not make you allocated time slot.

The booking is for 45mins use of the mini grass XC, this does not cover the use of any other facility.
