This booking is non-refundable.  If we have to cancel your fee will be returned but minus a very small administration charge , this is to cover what the payment portal charges us to make a refund. If you are not happy with this please do not make this entry.

Class 1 Best Turned Out- approx 11.30am
Class 2 Prettiest Mare- approx 11.50am
Class 3 Most Handsome Gelding - approx 12noon
Class 4 Best Mane- approx 12.30pm
Class 5 Fancy Dress approx 1pm

How the competition will run 
1. There will be no secretary. You will be issued a handler number which must be displayed on the handler
2. All the classes will take place under cover. We have allocated time between classes to allow handlers and horses time to prepare
3. Rosettes will be issued to 6th place. There will be a over all prize for the Best Handler
 
Food, mulled wine and lots of shopping to be done on the day also.
