How the day will run

You will be set off at your allocated time, in groups of no more than 4.

You will be following white signs with red arrows on. All these signs have a phone numbner on should you have any problems whilst out on the ride.

We recommend all riders down load the What 3 words app off the app store. What3words is the simplest way to talk about location. They have divided the world into a grid of 3m x 3m squares and assigned each one a unique 3 word address. So all you need to do is open the app and give us the 3 words or in worst case the operator on 999 the 3 words and you will be easily located.

Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a rider who is 18 years or older.

Dress Code

we strongly recommend that Body protectors are worn. Air jackets must be worm with a body protector.

Hats must be of current standard, those who wish to jump must not have a hat with a fixed peak (Jocket skull type only to be worn)
