We have put in place a number of strict conditions of use. These are in place for a number of reasons but primarily to safeguard all those on site. We can only open, however, if each and every person coming to our site adheres closely to our conditions of use. These are not for interpretationthey are in place to safeguard each and every user, but also those who live on site.
These rules will apply to everyone:-
- THe cross country course will be limited to 5 riders per session.
- You must bring a family member or assistant to be on foot in the case of emergencies. No one must come on their own. Lincomb Equestrian WILL NOT be in a position to support any riders who do not bring a ‘helper’.
- We will not accept anyone ‘just turning up’.
- *Parking - please park on the grass field on your right. To access the cross country course please walk down the drive towards the round pen then down the track passed the round pen and follow the signs from there.
- No person is to go to any other part of the site other than the lorry park and their designated arena.
Access to Facilities
- Access to facilities will be sign posted. The routes are defined for everyone’s safety. Even if you know the site please adhere to the signposted routes.
- You will be given an allotted time for your session.
- Please do not enter the cross country course before your allotted times.
Horse Vaccinations
We require all horses who attend Lincomb Equestrian have up to date Flu Vaccinations, we are only asking you have yearly boosters, not 6 monthly vaccinations. We will accept horses who have just started their vaccinations providing they have had their 2nd injection 7 days before attending Lincomb
Welfare Facilities
Please ensure that you bring with you an adequate supply of water for your horse with you.
Lincomb Equestrian reserve the right to refuse access to site at any time. They will adhere to current Government guidelines which can at any time change - requiring the site to close at short notice
