This booking is non-refundable. If we are forced to shut down/cancel your fee will be returned but minus a very small administration charge , this is to cover what the payment portal charges us to make a refund. If you are not happy with this please do not make this entry.

How the competition will run

1. There will be no secretary. You will be issued a rider number which you must supply yourself and put in your own number bib.

2. You will be issued with a warmup time, and a start time

You must follow the signs to the warmup arena.

3. Riders and 1 helper only will be allowed in the warmup. You will be given a 30min slot in which to use the warmup.

4. You will be sent through to the competition arena at your given time.

5. We ask that riders leave the site as soon as possible. Results will available on the day from the collecting ring steward

Dress Code

* We are happy for riders to wear XC clolours or show atire.

"Body protectors to be worn . Air jackets must be worm with a body protector.

* Hats must be of current standard with no fixed peak.

Please note Market Harboroughs, standing martingales, running reins or similar equipment will not be permitted.

Competition entries can be refunded, minus a £2 booking fee, up to the Monday before an event (the closing date).

Withdrawals after the closing date that are accompanied by a vet’s or doctor’s certificate can be refunded minus a £5 admin fee.

After the closing date if your place can be replaced from our wait list you will receive a refund minus a £5 admin fee.

Any withdrawals made 24 hours before the event are non refundable

ALL Withdrawals must be registered with entries secretary in writing or email.

In the event that we need to cancel an event your entry fee will be returned minus a £2 booking fee.
We have put in place a number of strict conditions of use. These are in place for a number of reasons but primarily to safeguard all those on site. We can only run, however, if each and every person coming to our site adheres closely to our conditions of use. These are not for interpretationthey are in place to safeguard each and every user, but also those who live on site.

These rules will apply to everyone:-

You must not attend the site if you or any of those travelling with you are exhibiting any symptoms of being unwell.

You must follow the oneway system to the arean.

You can bring a max of 1 family member or assistant with you.

No entries on the day

Parking will be on the grass and all vehicles must park with their nose to a cone

Social distancing is to be observed at all times– and riders should not enter any other lorries or move close to other customers.

Access to Facilities

Access to facilities will be sign posted. The routes are defined for everyone’s safety. Even if you know the site please adhere to the signposted routes to the specific Arena.

You will be given an allotted time for your warm up and rounds.

Welfare Facilities

There will be no refreshments onsite.

Please ensure that you bring with you an adequate supply of water for your horse with you.

Lincomb Equestrian reserve the right to refuse access to site at any time. They will adhere to current Government guidelines which can at any time change - requiring the site to close at short notice
